Situated on 2.5 acres in the heart of Indian Creek, the Commons exploits the community's uniquely harmonized flora and fauna. Under a canopy of towering pines and 100 year old oaks the park will capture nature's personality in its most preserved condition. A walking trail will intertwine several spectacular outdoor rooms that foster a perspective of creation unique to Indian Creek.
The pavilion will serve as the Commons central gathering place and add an interesting allure to outdoor entertaining. The pavilion will be accented by a terrace patio and open green space to provide ample room for a variety of outdoor functions. Adjacent to the pavilion terrace will be a play area that promises to excite a child's imagination like only nature can. |
